- Gary Player and Ron Kirby design.
- Nearly 6,700 yards from the back tees.
- TifEagle Bermuda greens resurfaced in 2022.
- Full-length driving range with target greens.
- Large putting green.
- Dedicated bunker/short-game area.
- Dining, fitness, tennis, pickleball and pool.
- IMPORTANT CURRENT CONDITION UPDATE: July 15, 2026 superintendent report says greens recovered very well from aggressive aerification; additional light topdressing was still being applied and drainage/playability work was ongoing around holes 2 and 16.
CURRENT GOLFER SIGNAL
This has one of the better private-club current signals we've found. A January 2026 member said the new superintendent had dramatically improved conditions, praised the greens, and reported typical weekend foursome pace around 3:50--4:00. Other 2026 discussion includes a recent new member willing to share positive feedback.
That remains member perspective, not neutral inspection---but it's current and detailed.

Berkeley Hills might be the sneaky private-club winner of this batch.
It's not trying to win the "biggest clubhouse in Georgia" contest. A current member basically said the reason to join is the golf---good conditions, challenging course, good pace, down-to-earth membership.
That sounds a whole lot more like us than paying a fortune so somebody can fold a towel fancy.
Our call: very interesting private option. And as of July 2026, we've actually got a superintendent update saying the greens came through aerification well.
