It's short, pretty straightforward and rounds tend to move. The catch is conditions. Recent golfers are all over the place on the greens, so we're not going to sell you Augusta National for thirty-something bucks.
Our call: cheap local golf with reasonable expectations. If the greens keep improving, this becomes a much easier recommendation.
