WindRiver is the splurge round in this batch. The back tees are a ridiculous 7,453 yards, but the six-set spread means nobody has to volunteer for an ass-kicking just to enjoy the place. On paper, this is big-property golf with lake views, mountain scenery and enough trouble to make the full bag relevant. The $150 guest price is not casual-Saturday money, and access is the bigger issue anyway. This belongs on the list when the group wants one expensive destination round and has a confirmed path through the gate—not when somebody sees a tee-time button and assumes the place is fully public.
