NTB TAKE: Royal Lakes looks like the kind of semi-private course the boys can actually use. The water is part of the layout, the recent golfer signal is encouraging and public-access play appears real. What we still will not do is guess at a fixed 2026 rate. Our call: worth considering for a better public-access round—check the live price before making the drive.
